Valencia is an exceptional city to be visited. If to all its tourist attraction we add that it has an intermediate size with very cyclable distances (not too big, not too small), that it is a completely flat city and its climate is excellent, the temptation to get to know it by bicycle is a very interesting alternative.
If you haven’t brought yours, there are many bicycle rental shops in Valencia, as well as tandems, 4-wheel cycles (by the Turia Gardens), trailers for children, etc., and with good prices.
The city has an interesting network of cycle lanes and cycle streets that allow you to move freely between points in Valencia, and for tourists it may be the best option when it comes to moving through an unfamiliar place.
The recently created cycling ring will allow us to access the most touristic and commercial center.

Nearby routes and excursions
Moving around the city by bike is very nice, but there are also interesting routes and excursions, including asphalt and mountain paths, to get to know the surroundings. We are very near to the Sierra Calderona, that offers you a lot of beautiful landscapes and places.

Walk to Bétera ( on foot or by bike)
Back and forth to Valencia (by bike)
Valencia bike lane, exit towards Burjassot, after wandering through it,take the long ascending straight bike lane. Then we cross towards L’Andana to continue the bike path on the other side of the Ademuz highway. We enter the Parc Tecnológic and through Mas Camarena towards Bétera by a small road. Stop in Bétera.
Ida y vuelta a la Cartuja de Porta Coeli (en bici)
La cartuja de Porta Coeli es un monasterio de la orden de los cartujos situado en tierras de la vall de Lullén, en el término municipal de Serra, comarca del Camp del Turia. Ir al centro comercial Heron City – Kinépolis (en bici o andando)
Mira las rutas detalladas en el mapa para que sepas exactamente cómo llegar a Kinépolis Heron City, un centro comercial cercano, con tiendas, restaurantes, ocio y cine.
Subida en bici al mirador de Rebalsadors (Sierra Calderona)
Esta es la ruta más típica de la Sierra Calderona. Partimos desde el área recreativa de Porta-Coeli. En vez de iniciar la ascensión paralelos al barranco de la Pedralvilla, lo hacemos un poco antes para conseguir ver la Cartuja de Porta-Coeli desde un punto privilegiado.
Probablemente esta sea también una de las vistas más bonitas de toda la Calderona. A partir de ahí subida hasta el mirador dels Rebalsadors y bajada por la otra vertiente y antes de llegar a Serra emprendemos el tramo final de bajada, muy divertido pero con algún repecho de subida intenso. Ruta muy entretenida y recomendable.
